Work Experience

2005 to present: Advising on new build Extra Care and Supported housing developments in East Sussex

2002 to present : Module Leader for Disability and Society Module on the Design Research for Disability MA at the London Metropolitan University

1992 to 2007 professional experience as a qualified occupational therapist in health and social care settings providing assessment and advice on adaptive techniques, equipment and home adaptations. Development work for the occupational therapist to improve practitioner guidelines and electronic record systems

1980 to 1989 work for voluntary sector organisations including Greenpeace and Scope Assessment Centre as an information officer
